Terry Svarich, Chairman

Mr. Svarich has 30 years of managerial and technical experience in the oil and gas business. Mr. Svarich is currently the President of DevSun Ltd., a private investment company, and is a director of Progress Energy Resource Corp. From 1994 through 2000, Mr. Svarich was the President and a director of Quintana Minerals Canada Corp. and its predecessors Ocean Energy Resources Canada Ltd. and UMC Resources Canada Ltd. Mr. Svarich has also served as a director of Northrock Resources Ltd. from 1989 to 2000.

Peter Kurceba

Mr. Kurceba has more than 30 years of experience in various management and exploration capacities within the oil and gas industry. Mr. Kurceba was one of the founders of Profico Energy Management Ltd. as well as Vice President, Exploration from March of 2000 through August 2004. Mr. Kurceba was also the founding shareholder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Canrise Resources Ltd., a Calgary based exploration and production company. Currently, Mr. Kurceba shares his expertise as a consultant to the industry.

Kevin Olson

Mr. Olson is the President of EnergyX Equity Inc. Prior thereto Mr. Olson was the Vice President, Corporate Development of Northrock Resources Ltd. from January, 2000. From 1993 to 1999 Mr. Olson worked with FirstEnergy Capital Corp. as Vice President, Corporate Finance.

Bruce Allford

Mr. Allford is a partner with the Calgary law firm Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP practicing in the areas of corporate securities and natural resources law.

Gary Perron

Mr. Gary Perron is a Managing Director and Senior Vice President of BMO Nesbitt Burns, and has provided investment advisory services for more than 25 years. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Honours) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Gary has served as a director of several public companies in which he represented shareholders and received first-hand experience of value creation in public companies. Gary is Chairman of the Norrep Fund Advisory Committee. The fund, which he initiated in June 1997, has a small/mid-cap mandate with a value/growth investment style.

Brian McLachlan

Mr. McLachlan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Yoho Resources Inc.

John A. Brussa

Mr. Brussa is a partner in the Calgary-based energy law firm of Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP specializing in the area of taxation. He is also a director of a number of energy and energy related trusts and of oil and gas growth companies. He is a past governor of the Canadian Tax Foundation and is a director or trustee of a number of charitable and non-profit organizations.
