Brian McLachlan, President and CEO

Mr. McLachlan is an executive with 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Calgary. Mr. McLachlan was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of Taurus Exploration Ltd., a private Canadian oil and gas exploration company. From 1998 to 2003 while at Taurus, Mr. McLachlan led the creation of a start-up company whose production grew to over 8,000 boe/d.

Prior to joining Taurus, Mr. McLachlan was the President and COO of Paragon Petroleum Corporation from October of 1991 through June of 1993. In 1993 Mr. McLachlan was promoted to the position of President and CEO and led a successful TSX company whose market capitalization increased twelve-fold over a six year period.

Prior to joining Paragon Mr. McLachlan held positions with Voyager Petroleum, Bonanza Oil & Gas, Poco Petroleums and Canada Cities Service Ltd.

Barry Stobo, Vice President Engineering and COO

Mr. Stobo has 30 years of experience in senior management and executive roles with oil and gas exploration and production companies. Mr. Stobo was the Vice President, Operations of Vintage Petroleum Canada Inc. from May, 2000 through to Vintage’s acquisition by Midnight Oil and Gas Ltd. in December 2004. From July 1999 through March 2000, Mr. Stobo was the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Merit Energy Ltd. and in November 1999 became the interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Merit. Mr. Stobo was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Belfast Petroleum Inc. from May 1996 until Belfast’s acquisition by Merit in July 1999. During this period, Belfast’s production grew from 29 boe/d to more than 1,000 boe/d.

Mr. Stobo’s previous experience also includes positions at Genesis Exploration and Poco Petroleums.

Wendy Woolsey, Vice President Finance and CFO

Ms. Woolsey is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Yoho, Ms. Woolsey was Manager, Finance with Baytex Energy Trust and prior thereto was the Vice President, Finance of Symmetry Resources Inc.

Clark Drader, Vice President, Land

Mr. Drader is an experienced executive with over 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Yoho, Mr. Drader was a senior consultant at Northrock Resources, and prior thereto was the land manager at BP Canada Energy Company.

Personnel

Jack Tarnowsky, Manager Exploitation

Mr. Tarnowsky is a Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr Tarnowsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to joining Yoho Resources, Mr. Tarnowsky held various senior managerial and technical positions at Daylight Energy Trust, Vintage Petroleum Canada, BP Canada and Amoco Canada.

Sean Darragh, Controller

Mr. Darragh is a Certified Management Accountant with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Yoho, Mr. Darragh was Manager, Financial Accounting with Baytex Energy Trust.

Warren Leyland, Senior Explorationist

Mr. Leyland is a senior explorationist with over 25 years of oil and gas industry experience and has had success in numerous regions and reservoir types in western Canada. Mr. Leyland’s main areas of focus include the Peace River Arch area, central Alberta, the Alberta foothills, northeast Alberta and southeast Saskatchewan. From September 1996 to March 2005 Mr. Leyland was a senior exploration geologist with Devon Canada/Anderson Exploration. His successful career includes positions with Olympia Energy Inc., Northrock Resources Ltd., Anadarko Petroleum Ltd., Canterra Energy Ltd. and Gulf Canada Resources Inc.

Kevin Fossenier, Senior Explorationist

Mr. Fossenier is an explorationist with over 10 years industry experience. Prior to joining Yoho, Mr. Fossenier held the position of senior acquisitions geologist with Dominion Exploration Canada, Ltd. from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Fossenier has also held exploration positions with Talisman Energy Inc., Crestar Energy/Suncor Energy, Wascana Energy/Canadian Occidental.

Troy Olson, Exploration Geologist

Mr. Olson is a recent Bachelor of Science in Geology graduate with 10 years industry experience. Mr. Olson has held geological positions with Haviland Bay Resources, Bonavista Energy Trust Ltd. and Taurus Exploration.

Greg Niebergall, Exploration Geologist

Mr. Niebergall is a Geologist with five years industry experience and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Geology from the University of Regina. Prior to joining Yoho, Mr. Niebergall held exploration positions at Husky Energy Inc. from 2003 to 2008 with exposure to Central Alberta, the Peace River Arch, and Northeast BC.

Al Onia, Geophysicist

Mr. Onia is an explorationist with 30 years of extensive and diverse experience as a financial analyst, landman and professional geophysicist, including six years as Exploration Manager in the Peace River Arch with Anderson Exploration.

Mr. Onia's previous experience also includes positions with Northpoint Energy Ltd., Foundation Exploration Consulting Ltd., Mark Resources Ltd., Canada Cities Service Ltd. and Gulf Canada Ltd.

Angela Chan, Joint Venture Accountant

Ms. Chan holds a recent Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the Haskayne School of Business. Upon graduating, Ms. Chan held various marketing positions at Inuovi Cosmetics, Cameron Strategies and Weigl Educational Publishers. Prior to joining Yoho Resources, Ms. Chan worked as an Administrative Assistant for Celtic Exploration Ltd.

Kait Fox, Office Administrator

Ms. Fox holds a recent Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Calgary.  While attending post-secondary school Ms. Fox was a year-round Summer Student with Progress Energy working in the Surface Land, Accounting and Records/ HR departments.
